if i had a boat...

...I'd go out on the ocean
And if I had a pony
I'd ride him on my boat
And we could all together
Go out on the ocean
Me upon my pony on my boat

the marvelous mrs. wolf

a (semi) recent portrait of my (honorary) uncle Steve's late mother.  she was an opera singer and a voice coach, and as the story goes, she turned away a prospective student on his way to Nashville, telling him "Elvis, you dont need voice lessons from me."

yip yip hooray!

A while back, I had the pleasure of working with Colleen Finnegan(the super sweet proprietress behind the Ride & Groom) on the logo and graphics for her dream business... a mobile dog spa!  One of the best things about being a freelancer, is having the flexibility to take on unique new projects, and Colleen's was no exception.  A mobile dog groomer!  Cool, right?  I must admit, I did a happy little dance at my desk when I saw this(below) picture on the Ride & Groom facebook page last week...
I can safely say that this is the first time my graphics have graced the side of a van and it is AWESOME(I'm a little giddy at the thought of seeing it riding around town).  Colleen's van is a full service, state of the art salon that travels the Boston area offering convenient one on one appointments for the pup(& owner) who enjoy a more flexible, laid back & personalized dog grooming experience.

Colleen's doors are now open for business(or more fittingly, she's now on the move?), so check out her website for more information on how to book a visit for your furry friend...and if you see the van around town, give em a wave for me.
